Add or remove a team member and set their role

Go to Settings. The page is called Workspace — People and invites. From there you can invite new members, change someone's role, or remove access entirely.
The roles
- Admin: full access to every module except billing, deleting the business, or transferring ownership.
- Project Manager: Projects, ITPs and Handover. Cannot see Financials, Compliance Baseline, Document Library or Trust Center.
- Finance: Financial, Compliance Baseline, Document Library and Trust Center. Cannot see Projects or Handover.
The Owner is the original signer-up. There's exactly one per business, and the Owner is the only person who can manage billing or transfer the business.
If you're unsure which role someone needs, start with the more restrictive one. You can always lift it later.
