Pricing has two layers: a plan, and one-off charges for projects and handover kits beyond the first of each.

Free, $0, forever

• The full Corporate module: licences, registrations, insurances, policies and governance.
• Expiry tracking, so you get reminders before anything lapses.
• Your Trust Center built and ready, kept private until you publish it.
• Unlimited team members.

No credit card, no time limit.

Base, $50 per month including GST

Everything in Free, plus:

• Publishing your Trust Center as one live link for clients, developers, lenders and insurers.
• The Financial module.
• Projects: ITPs, trade evidence and design records.
• Handover: digital handover kits, warranties and maintenance schedules.
• Your first project and your first handover kit included.

Month to month, cancel any time.

Extra projects and handovers

Beyond the included ones, each additional project is $199 one-off including GST, and each additional handover kit is $199 one-off including GST. Flat rate, regardless of contract value. You pay for a handover only on jobs that actually reach that stage, so there is nothing to forecast or bundle up front.

You always see the price before you confirm. Nothing is charged without a clear checkout step.

Who can manage billing

Only the Owner. Admins have full access to everything else, but not billing, deleting the organisation, or transferring ownership.
