Plans, included events, and per-event pricing

BuildStandard pricing has a few simple layers:
- Your plan unlocks the modules you can use.
- Some events, like your first Financial Evaluation, may be included.
- Beyond that, certain events (evaluations, project pricing, handover kits) are charged per event at checkout.
You'll always see the price before you confirm. Nothing is charged without a clear checkout step.
