Recording project risks

Every project has a Risk Register alongside its ITP. It is where you record risks that do not sit neatly inside a single ITP item.
When to add a risk
- Site conditions that affect more than one hold point, like soft ground or restricted access.
- Trade availability issues that may delay sign-off.
- Anything you would want to point to later as something you had identified and managed.
Open the project, choose Risk Register, and add the risk. Update or close it as the situation changes. Closed risks stay on the register as a record.
