Signing off Design Review on a project

Design Review is a one-time pre-build sign-off on each project, confirming the design set was current and coordinated before site works started.
Signing in-platform
- Open the project and choose Design Review.
- Enter the signing name (and role, if you want it on the record).
- Confirm the accuracy and lock acknowledgements, then sign.
Once signed, the attestation is locked with a timestamp.
Bypass
If the review happened outside BuildStandard, use Bypass and record a short reason. The reason locks alongside the project so the audit trail is complete.
