The Corporate hub: what lives where

Corporate is your company compliance hub. It holds everything about your business as an entity, as opposed to any one project. It is available on every plan, including Free.

The pages

• Company identity: legal name and ABN come from the ABN registry. Everything else is yours to edit at any time.
• Services & coverage: the services you offer and the regions you offer them in. Tap a chip to toggle it on or off and it saves automatically.
• Licences: company and practitioner builder licences, with the evidence uploaded against each.
• Insurances: Public Liability, WorkCover, and for Victorian domestic builders, Domestic Building Insurance eligibility.
• Policies: OHS and Quality are required. Others are optional and strengthen your profile.
• Capability Statement: the single PDF buyers most often ask for first.
• Registrations & accreditations: ISO certifications, supplier registers and industry accreditations. Optional, and they never block publishing.
• Corporate structure: ASIC extract, org chart, delegation matrix, business plan, project schedules. Optional.
• Credit report: external credit standing for tender pre-qualifications. Optional, provided by your nominated agency.

Everything you upload here also appears in your Document Library, which is the read only view across the whole platform.
