The Financial module: readiness, actuals and working documents
3 min read
Open Financial from the side nav. It is your company finance hub, and it is available on the Base plan.
One thing to be clear on up front. This module helps you see where you stand and keep the right paperwork in one place. It does not issue a certificate, a score or a pass mark, and you will not find progress bars or completion ticks anywhere in it.
The three areas
- Readiness Check: a guided calculator that works out your ANTA and shows it against the capacity you are aiming for.
- Reporting Actuals: your period bound financial records, such as signed or audited financial statements and accountant declarations.
- Working Documents: everything that is not tied to a reporting period, such as WIP schedules, aged debtors and creditors, cashflow forecasts and facilities schedules.
The hub itself shows three simple signals: whether you have done a Readiness Check, how many records you have on file, and any AI review notes. It is a repository, so there is no submit step and nothing gets locked away from you.
This is general product guidance. For advice on your own financial position, talk to your accountant.
